1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ListBoost, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you use ListBoost on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on that organization's behalf.

2. Description of Service

ListBoost is an AI-powered tool that helps Etsy sellers generate optimized listing titles, descriptions, tags, and perform keyword research. The service is provided "as is" and may change over time.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not share your account credentials with others.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@listboost.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• ListBoost offers free and paid subscription plans.
• Paid subscriptions are billed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) for mobile, and directly for web.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled according to the respective platform's refund policy (Apple / Google).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use ListBoost for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Submit content that is offensive, infringing, or harmful.
• Circumvent any usage limits or subscription restrictions.
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated content as a competing service.

6. AI-Generated Content

ListBoost uses AI to generate listing content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors.
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before publishing to Etsy.
• ListBoost makes no guarantees regarding sales performance or SEO results.

7. Intellectual Property

The ListBoost name, logo, and software are owned by us. Content you create using ListBoost belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to process your input data solely to provide the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ListBoost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListBoost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the app settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
